Inspection?

Post by Deb » Thu Feb 12, 2009 8:51 am

I have a four year old Palm Harbor home. I know that there is a five year structural warranty. Is it a good idea to have a home inspection to make sure everything is OK before my warranty is up? Or if something is wrong, I would know it:) Thanks in advance for any input.

Do your own inspection of the home. If there is something that would be covered under the warranty, you would be easily be able to observe the problem..Relax and continue to enjoy your home..

I am considering the purchase of a 2000 Silvercrest manufactured home in Central Oregon. Are there inspection specialists for this kind of home?

Any competent residential inspection company should be able to do the job. Check your local yellow pages or web service directory. Ask about their experience with manufactured homes.

Silvercrest builds an extremely attractive and very high quality home. You have made a wise choice. Enjoy your new home
