1996 3 bdrm, 2 bth, $1,000

I am looking to quickly sell my manufactured home. I live in New Haven Michigan. My home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1400 sq. ft, has new a/c in 2005. The only major problem is that it needs a new roof. I just want it off of my hands ASAP!

Post this home in the MLS section of this web site..For a 1 time fee of $39.95 it will stay listed until sold..list it for $1100 to cover the fee..Go here to post:

What community are you in? Most likely the community would be interested in buying it at that price.
