1977 TITAN DOUBLEWIDE TRYING TO SETUP (INSTALL) TO LIVE IN BUT TO OBTAIN BUILDING PERMIT TO CONTINUE I NEED TO HAVE A CERTIFIED MANUF. HOUSING INSPECTOR INSPECT IT. FUNDS ARE TIGHT HAVE COLLATERAL.

Not sure I totally understand your message header..What does Staged Funding have to do with a permit?
