Washington Home Center

I'm wondering if any of the mfh consumers out there have dealt with Washington Home Center, either in Shelton or Chehalis WA.
I like the looks of their products--Champion, Silvercrest and Discovery Homes--but I've yet to talk to anyone who has purchased or is living in one purchased from these folks.
I'll appreciate any info out there.

I recently priced a home from them and wound up finding it elsewhere for $8K less. They claimed to be throwing in a free foundation but it was obviously built into the price.
They have to pay for those fancy displays and "free" site analysis somehow.
Do some shopping, you may be surprised.

I know nothing about this dealer but..you obviously decided to buy with out the foundation..Did you give this dealer a chance to quote apples to apples..his without this feature?/.Sorry you do not appreciate a nice model presentation..Maybe you would rather see models with no trim..no underpinning..ends open in the weather. save more money by finding a dealer with no steps to get in most can find a few blocks to clime on.....If dealers cut corners on their model inventory..what do you expect with your set up...Top quality workmanship (the goal of most buyers) costs money...any dealer can cut corners..but only a few will do the best....

I am a lender who deals with a number of dealers including Washington Home Center and have found them to be second to none in the important keeping the customer happy catagory. Price wise I think they are very compeditive from the prices I see.
