5/3 manufactured home

We have a 5/3 manufactured home we'd like to sell, what is the best method for doing so? We're not trying to get top dollar, we just want to have it moved, so are willing to sell for a very reasonable price... Any ideas on what will work best/quickest?

Just remember..this is a house..it is not unusual for a house to take months to sell....There will be wholesale buyers in every market who will pay cash today but these resale investors will not pay even near full market price....
You will have to find buyers for your home..by advertising it for sale..you might try a listing here in the MLS section...Our dealership has one listed here that has been in the listing for 2 years and seen by over 19,000 potential buyers...Of course ours is a new home that we still produce and can get many more of..You might try talking to good dealers in your area...Some will help sell for a commission..Some will even pay for your ads if you refer all prospect that you do not sell to him...

To sell to a retail customer you should do all you can to make it easy for them..Example..research lenders and be ready to refer buyers there...contact local movers and get moving prices...You might research local places for your buyer to place the home...Most buyers will be credit challenged and cash poor...Present your product in its BEST light..Take care of any obvious problems..clean the home to be perfectly clean..retail buyers will have to be able to vision their family happily living in this home..

Just remember even very professional used home dealer who do all of the above might take a year or more to find a buyer for a particular home...

Good Luck...
