I am trying to sell an older mobile home in a park in California. I sold it once with a down payment and then payments. The buyer failed to pay and I got the home back. In the meantime the park sold to new owners. The new owners want all newer homes in the park and is making it difficult to sell a home. The new owners are requiring title 25 health and safety inspections. My question is that the rental aggrement does not stipulate that title 25 inspections are required upon sale and I was wondering if it must be in the rental aggrement to require the title 25 inspection. Second I was wondering if there is an online resource that lists the title 25 health and safety requirments. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Rich

just google the question about title 25 for information. I did a quick search and much came up.
