I want to remove the fireplace in my manufactured home. What can I expect to find, as far as ceiling finish, walls etc. Going to install wood burner in place of it.

Typically the walls and ceiling should be in place, as the fireplace will generally have a false front wall. But be prepared, you will have a 16" hole in the ceiling where the chimney passes and a hole in the floor for the fresh air duct and probaby plenty of smaller holes from fasteners.
