I own a mobile home supply and repair service in sc..
I encountered a problem several times this year which a have not seen in quite a long time.
condensation from the duct work has rotted a lot of floors.
the insurance companies will not cover the losses.
most manufactires will not cover condensation.
ther is no way for the water from the duct work to escape unless you cut the belly board.
they make you have vent under a house when it is built.
seems they can make a way for the underside of a home to breath.
this a costly problem for the homeowner.
