Schult, Patriot or Solitaire

Post by Rob Kline » Sun Oct 21, 2001 8:39 pm

Hi all,

We are new to the market and are looking for reviews or comparisons of these brands.

We are looking at all 3 of these brands and are wondering which is the best? I am particularly interested in the Patriot homes of Texas (have had trouble finding 3rd party info about Patriot), but have been told that all 3 are good brands. Have any of you had problems or service problems with any of these? I am looking for quality construction and affordability. I don't need all the bells and whistles as long as the house is solidly built. Any suggestions or any other recommended brands?

Thanks!

Bob

Hello,
My first choice from the three would be Schult, We just purchased another Mfg. home . We did compare all the other mfg. Quality, Prices etc. Other Mfg. PH was so far out of reach price wise, Schult has a SUPER WARRANY\TY, WE never seen any problems with these what so ever,
We did buy the 28x66 Sectional Elation 1782 sf. If you are wanting a super built home take a look at this model, Every thing in this home you could ever want,
hope this helps.
Bobby

Go to Patriot Homes website they have lots of information. They are a very reputable builder. Keep in mind there are different lines within Patriot.
Such as Pinnacle, Southridge,Lincoln Park, Victorian ect. Well built and very economical in range of utilities.

Most importantly they stand behind the product and service is great.

You can help the warping by getting plywood sub floor upgrade, and I can say from experience that plywood in one home I lived in for 13 years never gave me a problem. Now i'm in a Skyline MH for 18 months and 5 of the 8 rooms bounce, warped, swollen, any ? [email protected]

Your so Right there are service issues with most of our homes wether it be stick built or Manufatured Homes. They are production Builders. The most important thing any builder can do is Service what they sell. If you do not get results from the dealer that sold you the home, I would recommend going directly to the Manufacture. Reputation is very important to the Builder if not it should be. I would suggest to anyone in the market for a new home to verify service after the sale on your dealer. BBB should have the information and if not the State Fire Marshall should have the information. I am partial to the Patriot homes because I know thier
Track Record.
