Who do I contact in regards to the management and owners of the mobile home park I live in? The management is horrendous, and the owner obviously doesn't care who manages his property. Management has threatened the children(that he is a black belt). They have removed park swings and benches(all wood) until the kids behave better. They have also used the name and notary stamp of a previous secretary. They promote their religon. Don't let people in the office if it an offense to their religon. They are rude and condiscending to others. Thnx, appreciate any info.

What state do you live in? I know that there are web sites for our state that show the name and the owner of everypark. For instance in Indiana if you do a google search of mobile home park onwers it will pull up the list of every park and owner. I know because I did this.

How large is the park. How old are the homes. Sometimes owners just purchase the property and let management companies do all the work. Maybe the manager is an employee of such a company. Park managers do not get paid very well. That is why you rarely can find any with any common sense.

I know in the park where I live in Des Plaines, Illinois the manager or the city of DP doesn't care about the condition of the park. Even though I have complained to city hall and our alderperson about problems in my park, my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

People do not like to hear complaints no matter where you live or how much money you spend for your housing.
