land owned homes

Hi, I was wondering if there is a list or a way to find out what mobile home parks are land owned in Florida. It seems so many of them are on leased land. I am mainly interested in the central West Coast Area and also inland towards Winter Haven. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Sue
