Quality Wholesale Homes...Anyone have experience

My husband and I are exploring Quality Wholesale Homes. They service the western US and are out of Utah. They have stock floorplans which they commission from the manufacturing plants of other MH manufacturers. Their base prices are 10-15% less than their stated retail value but very little comes standard on them... I am just curious if anyone has used them and would tell me what your experience was . Thanks!

I would suggest running a google search of their name. Looks like there are several unhappy customers that have created websites. From my understanding they do not own a factory, though that is how they represent it. Also looks like several citations from the state of Utah.
