TG- why not go through your state or local Manufactured Housing Association or Better Business Bureau? But, if it were me, I live in a park and I am going out on land ASAP. If you are retiring, maybe a park might be worth it, depending on the prices in your area. I pay $270/mo which includes water, sewer and trash. You go TG!!!!
