I'm back again in seach of the dreaded loan for a mobile home.....
About 6 months ago, we found a compnay that was willing to give my husband a permanant loan, but we were unable to find a company for the construction, the company went out of business about 2 weeks after i found them, and NOW i have found a compnay to do the construction loan, but am not able to find anyone to do the permanant loan. We have a loan originator here in KS that we are working with to find one for us, but it seems to be taking too long.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we can do?
Many thanks in advance

In Washington State the only lenders that do both are Wells Fargo and Banner Bank. Ours is a construction loan that will be converted to permanant. We then plan to re-fi through our credit union (no PMI and better rates). HTH.

I have tried this link many times with no success. It would be very helpful, if the lenders actualy responded to the request.

Hi, we can probably help with the construction, or the permanent, or both, if you have good credit. Write me, and we'll discuss your options. Thank you
