Additions to manufactured homes

Could someone please inform me if there is a manufacturer that builds additions for the modular/manufactured homes?

No...Building codes in all areas would require the additions be built locally to the local building code...

Not Completely true, I know that some states allow additions to be built under their modular housing program.
