screwjack foundation

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking at manufactured homes and now have a question (well a few)but one for now. I recently saw a home that had a concrete skirting and screwjacks underneath the home, is this ok? I have been reading other questions on foundations, all good info, but haven't seen a thread on screwjacks. Thank you,Crystal
