Moving or Selling

We bought a mobile home 2 years ago in Southern California, we love it! But the park rent has went up through the roof, as we moved into our home we thought the pad rental was a little too steep, now its killing us.. The pad just keeps going up, we are well over $1000.00 just for the pad. We made calls in the area, and outside of our area to see what the average rate is going for. Seems we are in one of the most expensive parks. We cannot afford to live here anymore, atleast not how we like to live!
We put out coach up for sale, its listed for 79k, we have had alot of lookers, but once they hear about the pad rental, they run like craxy, do you blame them? I sure dont, this is rediculous.
looking into our second option. We are thinking about just moving the coach, means the sale of it because of the pad rental is pretty grim. Does anyone know on about a ballpark figure of how much it costs to move one of these things? Ever move one before? Any input would be great... Thanks Eric V. Anaheim California
