Does anyone re-finace single wides?

Post by Kim » Sat Feb 07, 2004 11:41 pm

I have been trying to find someone that re-finances at a decent rate. I currently have a 1993 single wide on a 1/3 of an acre in the state of Idaho. I cannot seem to find anyone that will even consider this. If there are any solutions, can they possibly beat 9 1/2%? Any help or sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wells Fargo no longer does them. I have a source for them in AZ.

Conventional financing is no longer and option though.
