Powerline Networking

Post by Threnody » Tue Nov 25, 2003 10:58 pm

I've been looking into networking the house (two computers, two laptops), and I think HomePlug is going to be the best option for me, since it uses the existing powerlines in your house. Has anyone had good luck with this in a late model mfg home?

By far the best are wireless networks....Then you could even use the lap tops outside away from the home..(about 300 ft.)..

I have a 203b wireless network here at home and it works great..My daughter has one in school..sharing high spped internet service with 3 others..My son is doing the same with 203G (Newest standard,,but b works great and is in close out pricing right now...

Check them out..
