Hi, I need some Info, I seem to be having probs. finding.. I do have a NADA Book, but it is out of date. We are selling our 1992 Schult, listing it on Friday with the Park that we live in. I'd like to have an Idea before she comes. I used to sell brokered homes so I am aware of how difficult this may be....... Okay about the home
3/2, all the bells and whistles, other than (HUGE Unfortuneately) Drywall. 28X72, LR, FR, Formal dining room, Breakfast nook, skylights, Island Kitchen with removeable elements (griddle, burners and Bar B Que) New top of the line Carpet. Both baths have been updated with tile, new Oak Vanity and Moen Faucets. Large Garden tub with jets in Master. Fireplace in FR. Large 24X32 deck, C/A. Landscaped and of course a shed. The shed and deck were re painted/ stained this summer. New H20 tank, and sub floor/tile in laundry room. We owe 29K, would like to get at least a couple grand out of it. The park is desireable, was the most desireable when we moved in, in 92, many new Communities since. It is also a HUGE Lot, and is rght off the entrance, (4 homes) Which I think is a plus. We do not have a Garage, but they do a lease to buy program here for $85 per Month, Lot rent is $370, and we pay water which is normally $25 a month. Nice, well maintained home. We want to be realistic, I know now is not the time to sell, just getting it out there. Any suggesstions would be appreciated!
