1989 Marlette

I am looking at buying a Marlette Model TRA-119784 & 85 manufactured in 1989.
Although I read on this site that Fleetwood owns them and there sure is a lot of negative comments on fleetwood, what do you think the quality of this 1989 unit would be?? It is on concrete foundation and sure looks good inside and out.

Hard to say...but Fleetwood does not own Marlette...Marlette is owned by Oakwood now....but they only bought the company in the late 90s or 2000.....

Marlette in the past was one of the very best home in the nation...still is at some of its plants...
