Redman 406D?

Hi there.

My husband and I have been looking for a new home and a piece of land. We have found a Redman that we really like. The dealer, who seems very nice, told us that it's model 406D, but I can't find much information on these homes.

Anyone have any opinions? Apparently, the home was built about a year ago, but hasn't sold. He's asking 49K for it... Thanks for any input you may have.
