Hello,
I am looking for a mobile home to purchase in the Phoenix, Arizona area. I am looking for a seller carries, a land contract, lease option, or an assumable (for quick closing).

I have between $4000 and $5000 to place down on the purchase of an income property. I am not afraid of some work needing to be done.
