I am looking into buying an Indies home. Any comments?

My wife and I toured the plant. They do a decent job, and seem to be very
proud of their work. We have looked at PH, and decided no way. By comparison
the Indies is just as well built, but not as high priced. As far as I know,
Indies has no company owned outlets, but sells through dealers of other
brands. That probably helps them keep their costs down. They also will
work with you to customize your floor plan. They also can do ceramic tile
floors in the foyer, kitchen, and, bath. We saw one home they had built for
a client that had carpet in every room of the home. That was unusual, but
they do what the client wants.

If you can compare to another home in Alabama, (where we live,) the best
one I have seen to look at is a Pinnacle, by Patriot. The construction is very
good, and priced close to the Indies.
