What is the responsibilty of the park owner and the renter of the property?

You are responsible for the upkeep of your lot (i.e.; mowing the lawn, landscaping, getting a shed if required). Also, adhearance of the park rules as you can be evicted for "just cause" and not neccesarily nonpayment of rent. All the property owner is responsible for is the maintenance of the streets, and community ammenities to include to ensure a safe standard of living for all residents.
