We are so fed up with Redman Homes. We bought a home at the end of September. The set crew and trim crew were here 2 days and left without finishing what they were supposed to. The ceramic trim around the countertops is falling off and the cabinets I ordered in Sept. still aren't here. The walk-a-bay window can't be installed untill spring now because it is too cold. The factory/warranty repairman can't come until they ship him the parts which they don't seem to want to do. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have been nice, patient but now I am so mad. They all lie so much. I guess we will have to resort to a lawyer. Does anybody know any lawyers out there who specialize in this sort of problem?

Keith, I hate to hearing stories like this. Redman Homes are known to do this type of work. They build very cheap homes and use alot of cheater walls and cheap siding. The siding they use usually looks nice but be prepared another 3 or more years the siding will start warping out all over. I seen alot of their homes like this. Redman Homes now belong to Champion Home Builder the worlds number one trash. These companies build in mass production that they don't really pay attention to detail but only meeting a deadline to build a number of homes with in that time period. Companies like this gives manufactured homes a bad vibes from other people who never owned one. I suggest you contact your state manufactured housing association. Each state has one so look them up I hope they could help you.

we purchased a gateway here in arkansas, and have similar problems. the dealer(hawks) points fingers at gateway, and gateways says its the dealer.they left off 10 pcs.of moulding. now they come out, put it up and its not even the same moulding!!! my wife didnt notice it was diff.but i did when i came in from work. they put the wrong roof on, so that has to be corrected. otherwise i love the house, and really they have been okay, but its all lies. i wish now we would have waited and built a house. hawks and gateway have made what should have been a good deal, our dream go bad.

we are working with the ark ag.office and the state mh comm.on getting this repaired, and are getting an attorney.
