As I said, I priced several homes...none including the PH im getting 2070 sq ft were more that 80K, but I live in the southeast...therein lies the differance

The original mention of the $ 100,000 Manufactured home was a mention of a home we just delivered...In Augusta, GA...
It was a 2800 sq foor 4 section Homes of Merit built in Fl....Adrian Homes also builds homes along these lines..
