Finally...It's Over!

Well, after having my 1990 Patriot single-wide on the market for nearly 2 years (placed it October 4, 2000), and moving out nearly 1 1/2 years ago, I was finally able to see it hauled off the lot in my park today, on its way to a new location, and under the care of a new owner.

It has taken a length time and a lot of effort to sell my home, and I would like to thank everyone on this forum who has helped me along the way with your words of encouragement and advice! The sale came very quickly and out of the blue. It was a cash deal, and less than a week transpired between the first showing, closing and transport. Now my wife and I can move on with plans for our future, and I know that my former home is in very capable hands, and will make someone a great new home.

Thank you St. Joseph! Eventually, all prayers are answered.
