I want to thank you and say I appreciate your honesty. Too often I feel that some of the posts are geared towards helping dealers and calming fears or concerns by consumers. You are the only Dealer of affiliate that has the guts to say the truth to these people.

I agree wholeheartedly. I like Mr. Murray's straightforward, patient answers. He is obviously very knowledgeable, very honest and has a good sense of humor. I've learned a lot from his postings and I hope he continues to moderate this forum for a long time.

Let me throw my thanks and appreciation to rmurray as well! People appreciate honest, frank, respectful discussion of manufactured home issues moderated by an honest dealer, instead of just tips on how to make a 2-minute buck. I can't help but to notice that some other moderators are a little lonlier these days.

Actually I find that sharing information with folks here help me a lot..Sometimes I have to work hard to find answers and learn a lot myself..

Reading the thoughts, questions and concerns of real people, make it easier for me to service my own customers...
