My husband and I own and operate a seasonal nudist campground in Iowa, and we have finally been awarded our permit to expand from trail trailers and tiny homes to full size mobile homes. We presently have 50 seasonal sites for travel trailers which are all filled. We have additional property so now we need to gather information on the pros and cons of dealing with mobile homes or just add more smaller sites for units under 400 square feet.
