Doublewides with a PRIVATE POOL??

Hello community,

We are looking to upgrade a few of the units in our park owned lots to the OrbitHomes.us doublewides, those that come with a private pool. Was wondering if anyone knows what would be the insurance implications, should we sign a waiver with new tenants?
