David Oxhandler...the webmaster of this whole site has asked me to moderate this group...I have been a regular contributor and have much industry experience..

A little about myself...
First...I do not get paid for this...I contribute because I believe that information is the best route to a satisfied customer...The manufactured home industry has been good to me and this is my way to give a little back..

Experience..I sold my first (mobile then) manufactured home in 1972 in Tallahassee, Florida...Over the years I have worked for independent sales organizations, large coorporate organizations and woned my own delaerships for 10 years...I have been salesperson, owner, manager, middle management and finance manager for this whole time...I have been directly involved with the customers in over 3000 sales in this time. I have had business relationships with manaufacturers, lenders, rental parks and mortgage companies in all aspects of the industry..One thing that I have learned is that the more informed the customer is....the happier they will be....I will try to help in every way I can...

One small note for all to remember...this site is a commercially owned web site...it cannot take the liability of publishing posts that could cause legal problems for the owner....All posts will be allowed except those with profanity or unsubstanciated attacks on individuals or companies...We are here to help solve problems and give information...in the process we hope to help you enjoy your experience with manufactured homes...

Those who might want to post to sell their services or goods might want to email the webmaster...This is what he does for a living...

That's great! Your answers are always very straightforward and easy to understand. Also - you have a good sense of humor and you don't make people feel stupid for asking questions that may, in fact, be stupid. You're obviously very knowledgeable about the industry, so I'm glad you've been "promoted."
