The 4' comment must be about the openings at the marriage wall...You should use the print of the foundation that he sent from thew manufacturer....These would be those down the middle...Most factories mark the location on the house where they must be...Most homes also require piers along the outside...

Usually the fresh water connection is directly below the water heater..A pipe will have been installed there for the water connection to hook to directly..Manufactured home no longer use a water hose to connect to the water supply as in the old days.....RV's still connect with a specialized hose... ...

This is why you bought a home from a dealer...He should be able to answer these questions..plus all set crews must be trained and licenced and they are ultimately responsible for the correct blocking of the home....They should well be able to tell you the correct location of every pier...and the cor...

This year model will use the 14 1/2" donut wheels used on all homes..The wheels and tires will be interchangable..Any mover will have tires and wheels to rent to you..Of cource you can buy them..often a local dealer will have some for about $25 each...

From the info in your first message, you are only 7 months from a new home..All the FHA needs is 12 months with NO 30 day late notices..In the mean time work on the collections and make arrangements to pay them..Good Luck...
