Re: Considering buying; what are some questions to ask?

As with ANY 20 year plus old home, you should expect to invest a few hundred in a professional home inspection. With that you will know exactly what issues you can expect to have to confront once you own the home..

Re: Wiring diagram for 2000 Indies House

Re: uld be appreciated. The landlords hacWidiagram for 2000 Indies House

First I would have little confidence in this repairman. You or he WILL not find a wire diagram of a home this old. Good electricians would know the power box is directly up from where the wires enter the house. From there they would start troubleshooting the problem. If this fellow continues to flou...

Re: Contact Information for the company Schultz

Schult Homes has changed ownership a number of times since your 25 year old home was built. It will be hard to find any specific information about your home. Schult is now owned by Clayton Industries along with a number of other brands. You might try to contact them here; http://www.schulthomes.com/...

If the land was included in the mortgage a lien release should have been fi...

Re: Needed: 1990 Victorian 28x56 Pier Foundation Print

John, you are on the impossible quest..Only the original owners manual will have the print.Seldom do 24 year old homes still have their manuals available. Per federal law ALL resets MUST be done by state licensed set crews. ONLY they can get a permit. They WILL be familiar with your states federally...

Re: gray pipe.

The deadline to claim under the class action suit on the grey pipe was long ago. I doubt your 10 wide was covered. It mostly covered homes built in the 80's, long after 10 wides were gone..

Re: I want to change my fleetwood entertainer roof structure

Wow, my suggestion is buy a new home with all the features you want. Probably far less money and will still meet all codes..
