There is a huge surplus of homes on the market. We are going thru a time when homes take longer to sell then any time in recent memory. Unless your willing to give your home away for quiet a bit below what your expecting the chances of a sale in only 2 weeks is probably unrealistic in today's market...

Read the article it tells you how to select the correct heat tape... why would you want one with no thermostatic control? Why would you want it producing heat all summer ? In what part of the country are you located?
