Your dealer should be able to guide you..or check with the commercial loan department of your bank...If you do not already have a commercial loan relationship with them, they will ask you for a business plan and your financial statements..If the loan makes sense there will be lots of lenders wanting...

Sounds like a dealer problem to me...You paid the dealer and he may not have paid Greentree...The Texas government should put the heat on him...Most states..selling a vehicle without a clear title is a felony...Good Luck..
