You still have a long way to go. First you should visit the areas you mentioned and narrow down your final area of the country. The states you mentioned are substantially different from each other. You will want to compare climate, taxes, retirement amenities. You will have to buy your home from a d...

Re: Leaking Roof
In 2005 a 90 day inspection of the set up was not required in GA. If it was done it was a company policy of the dealer. Regulations may have changed since then. Because of its age most if not all of the manufactured home manufacturers warranty might be over or dated....

You will see many posts here with me against Novadeck and cressdeck. Having been in the business for a number of years, I know moisture is a sure problem for them BUT you cannot turn back the clock. A 2010 home is nearly 4 years old and the dealer should be selling at SUPER discount. Remember the ra...

Re: Mobile home titling in PA
You need PA legal help.. I would go talk to the attorney who handled your mortgage closing 3 years ago. The previous owners lender should have released their lien with the state shortly after they got paid. They should have forwarded the old title to the attorney who paid them and he should have tra...

Re: 1993 PEAC MOBILE HOME
The IBITS info will be the most definitive you can get. I think you may be right with vin as PSH... Looks to stand for Peach State Housing . There was also Peachtree Housing also from GA. Peach State was a fairly basic home that was built in large volume in South GA ( Ocilla if I remember right). Pe...
