Floors
We move into our new Colony home last year It was built in 2023. We've noticed in some spots on the floors there appears to be unevenness. Has anyone else experienced this with either a colony or Another manufacturer?

The community that we're going to be living in charge of 625 for lot rent that includes sewer and taxes it does maintain the driveway as far as ceiling in any repair does that seem reasonable for New York State?
