Re: Pipe Liners ???
Where can you buy a kit to install this at?There is no need to replace the entire pipe system because it is possible to install a pipe liner within the drain line of a mobile home that is leaking.

Re: Pipe Liners ???
It may save time, but so far none of the plumbers are saving money with this process. They claim it's all rocket science and it costs 2 maybe 3 times more that it does to fix it conventionally by digging down in the ground to replace the section of pipe that is leaking. Too bad there's not a DIY kit...

Re: Inaccessible ceiling ducting 2006 Clayton
Your are probably going to have to pull down all ceiling dry wall to get access. And yes, I think most mobile homes use flexible ducts so you'll probably have to replace those. It's not as bad as it sounds. It all depends on finding some nice young guys that have verifiable construction experience P...

Pic thread???
Wouldn't it be a good idea to have a forum dedicated to people being able to post pics about their home
It would be kinda fun and it can help others get ideas about things they could do to their home that they saw others do.
Just thought this might be a nice addition to the forum here

Re: First potential mobile home
I'd definitely run this buy an attorney And, maybe a title company can provide insurance in case there ends up being a lien on it that you find out about later... that way, funds will be collected from insurance to settle and you get to keep the home. It's probably OK, but on big ticket items such a...

Best Brands for Quality???
Just curious what the general consensus is concerning which brand of mobile home builds the best quality home (I know, many would rather hear "Manufactured Home" but out of habit I've always called them mobile homes cause... well, they come to the home site on wheels). I've been doing some...
