We have a Fleetwood Mfg Home, installed 1996 with this foundation system - MattGuard is no longer in business. need a copy of the MattGuard design with an engineer stamp on it to pass the required foundation inspection for sale of the home. the Fleetwood Installer did not supply this information whe...
