The Manufactured Housing Forums

I have just purchased an older 1977, mh in a park and need insurance. Everyone tells me they don't insure homes over 30 yrs old "unless" new roof, new plumbing, new electrical wiring throughout. This sounds ridiculous to me. How do I insure. This is a permanent set up in a gated community.
