I am trying to find out if you can find the owner of a mobile home from the HUD tag on the unit. It has a number on it and if so where ?.

Found a mobile home on a lot in storage but only have the HUD tag with a number on it is it possible to find owner or history from the tag?

Hello Im John and found a mobile home in a quarry very nice but cant find the owner to purchase it.Did find a tag inside on a small plate that says. Underwriters Labratories Inc. Classified Manufactured Home No# 562940 see H U D label Do you know if I can find out who owns this unit Im desperate? If...
