We recently moved in to a doublewide 2003 mobile home where the owner has hired a 3rd part to read our meters by radio. The first 2 months of us being here our bill has been $105 and $150. for 1 month. I have checked the stools for leaks and under the entire home but have found none. Our bill says ...
