Back Ground INFO I purchased a brand New Pine Grove 16x62 on 50x75 land lease lot in a very nice over 55 park in NJ. I am first owner, no one ever lived in this home The lot has concrete slap and tie downs. I moved in summer of 2013 NJ. I had a few post concern about flooring, answered by a Mr. Murr...
