I am able to get a good deal on a 2003 singlewide. The deal is it is down in New Mexico and I'm in Colordao. It has a 20lb roof load and I want to move it too an area that requires a 30lb roof load. Would a properly engineered (to 30lb specs) "ramada roof" be a option? Any other options I ...
