I'm looking to buy a MH home new and would like info on where I can place it. My goal would be to buy vacant land, put a basement in and place the MH home on it. Any ideas?

Can someone explain how the procedure works. I'm looking at buying a MH to place on leased land and I'd like to know what the procedure is to move the MH onto the pad? Does the factory include that in the price of the home, what liability do they have, etc.?
