This will be our next DIY project as we just finished painting the outside....Does anyone have any tips, favorite brands or just comments on replacing the old carpetting with new? It is 17 ft. by 6 ft. plus the stairs.
Thanks in Advance...

I think maybe what the handyman was calling 'hardiboard' is just the sheets of siding that most mobile homes have on them, mine does, they come in 8 ft. sheets at Lowes or HomeDepot for $20 each, they have a vertical wood grain pattern....Most of the MH's in my park use that, for the skirting as wel...

Re: Replacing Hood Above Stove
We ended up buying a non vented hood..... Broan stainless steel. It works fine & looks great & it was only $63 delivered, no tax or shipping from ABT.com

Good Job Billy but I don't understand the process. How do you get a 5 inch pipe into a 5 inch pipe?

Re: Replacing Hood Above Stove

I do not want to buy another crappy one, I want a nice Broan stainless steel hood....is there an adapter ring or anything of that nature? Obviou...

I love the Hercules hooks, but I bought them from QVC last year, so don't know if the ones 'As seen on TV' are as strong or made of the same metal.....I also live in a Fleetwood, I have several mirrors & pictures as well as a heavy wrought iron decorative piece hanging on those hooks with never ...
