One More Question Please

How close does the dealer have to be? How inconvienent for all involved would it be to purchase a home from a dealer that's a ways away from you? Is it possible? Like maybe a 2-3 hour drive away.

Thank you for the replies. We found another lot in the same community...the developers still had one left. It's a little cheaper than the other, same size, mostly the same location.
