He absolutely did, and I hope that others who read this specific thread understand that it's vital to go back & check the contractors' work so that THEY don't get caught by surprise later on down the road which could lead to severe damage & expensive repairs.

Well, I finished the job in 1/2 hr. The necessary panels were removed, sized the tubing diameter, did the cutting & got it all put back up w/o any problems.

I truly appreciate all the posts and hope that this will help someone in the future.

Greetings: Within the last week, I had my home skirted but need to remove a panel so that I may reinstall the dryer vent (which was just left under the home).
