Question 3: mosaic tile walls, exhaust fan
I would like to know if it is okay to do mosaic tile walls in a MH bathroom - our master bath has atrocious wallpaper, and wallpaper also seems impractical in a room with regular moisture. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Is it possible to DIY when determining the need for leveling a MH, and how?
